All amounts are in USD. Rates may vary based on the country where you operate your business and the country of your target market.
Welcome to our fees policy page, where we provide you with detailed information on the fees associated with our Growth SaaS platform. Please review the following list of services that are subject to usage fees. These fees will be deducted from your account credit automatically and instantly each time you use them (this includes any use triggered by any automation workflow you have active in your account).
This Fees & Inclusions Disclaimer is part of our Terms of Service and should therefore be read alongside them. If you do not agree with our Terms of Service, please refrain from using our Services. Your continued use of our Services implies acceptance of these Terms.
Growth SaaS offers many varied services. To keep this page focussed on an accessible overview of platform usage fees, this list is not exhaustive and some less common services and fees are not included.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to our fees from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this Fees and Inclusions page and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
1. Account Setup
Account setup is not included; however, you will be provided with an easy-to-follow step-by-step guide on how to properly set up your account with all the critical functions such as the phone system, email, integrations and your business settings. If you require any support with your account setup, please Contact Us.
2. Account Credits and Auto-Recharges
Your account has a credit feature that is used to pay for services such as emails, contact validations, SMS messages, phone usage, AI generated content etc. For a detailed list of these additional services, see the Services and Fees section below.
Your auto-recharge settings can be configured in the billing section inside your account (Settings ➝ Billing). Each month your account credit may be topped up with additional complimentary credits, subject to your subscription inclusions.
When your account credit balance reaches zero (or the minimum amount you set), it will automatically be topped up by the amount you configured. You have the option to adjust this amount at any time. This is known as auto-recharge and you may chose to increase this amount to avoid issues with any campaigns you may be running that need additional credit (for example you may have an automated workflow that uses SMS messages). Auto-recharge payments are charged separately from your monthly software subscription and may occur at higher frequencies subject to how often these services are used.
Depending on your subscription with Growth SaaS, you may receive monthly complimentary credits.
3. No Refunds Policy
Please note that we do not provide any refunds for unused account credits when you cancel your subscription with us.
We also do not provide pro-rata refunds for your subscription when you cancel between billing cycles.
4. Services & Fees
Here's a list of our more popular services which are subject to usage fees. Platform fees are deducted from your account credits at the time of being used.
Phone Numbers:

5. Third-party Software
To extend our range of services, we offer third-party subscriptions which are available on-demand and incur additional subscription charges. These are listed within Growth SaaS and prices are in US dollars. Platform credits can not be utilised for these services. Some examples are:

6. Phone Number Fees
Each phone number you buy incurs a monthly fee which varies depending on the type of number and your country.

7. Usage Fees for Phone & SMS Services
Our Growth SaaS platform has the ability to provide you with 2-way SMS as well as the ability to send and receive phone calls directly from within Growth SaaS. This empowers your team to call or send SMS from a number available to them from within the platform and allows for call recording for quality assurance, reporting on your sales team call tracking, missed call text back, etc.
To enable this functionality, Growth SaaS is integrated with a 3rd party telecommunications provider which provides programmable communication tools for making and receiving phone calls, sending and receiving text messages and performing other communication functions via its web service Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).

8. Phone Number Intelligence
The phone number validation feature in Growth SaaS checks phone numbers during SMS sending. This ensures that only valid mobile numbers receive messages. Growth SaaS utilises a lookup service that charges per lookup, to check if a number is a landline. If it is not a valid number, Growth SaaS will not send any messages to that number. This feature helps maintain the quality and efficiency of your SMS campaigns by ensuring that messages are only sent to valid mobile numbers.
The validation is done at the time of SMS sending, not during contact record creation or import.

9. Call Recording & Storage
Phone recordings are charged at the time of recording and there is a fee if you choose to store them within Growth SaaS.

10. Email Marketing Fees
Growth SaaS is integrated with a third-party email provider. It is easy to setup and has excellent deliverability, error monitoring and compliance.
To protect your email sender score and improve the effectiveness of your email marketing campaigns, email addresses are validated by checking for deliverability.
Every contact you add to Growth SaaS will be validated. At the end of each month, you will be billed based on the total number of new emails that were validated during that month.
Every 90 days we re-validate each email. If you want us to disable this automatic revalidation, please submit a support ticket.

11. Premium Workflow Triggers & Actions
These provide advanced capabilities such as connecting automation workflows to external systems or software, without using third-party automation tools like Zapier, Integromat or PabblyConnect. You can integrate systems such as Slack and Google Sheets into a workflow and catch inbound webhook actions (post requests) within the same process. This allows your business to be more proactive, responsive and adaptable.

13. Contact List Preparation & Import Service
You can import your contact list directly into Growth SaaS.
However, if you'd like assistance with this process, we offer this service and can assist with preparing your contact list for import to Growth SaaS. We can help with tasks like consolidating and merging contacts, formatting date and phone fields, validating email addresses, creating custom fields, importing the list and recreating previous opportunities.
Our fee is A$0.50 for each contact record.
This service includes:
Consolidate multiple spreadsheet files into one (you provide the data). Many customers have data from various sources (e.g. CRM exports and other software tools). Once you provide us with your Comma Separated Values (CSV), Excel or Google sheet files, we will combine all of your data into a single spreadsheet and merge contacts with the same first and last name, as well as searching and identifying duplicate emails and phone numbers.
Format the data to have it ready for import into Growth SaaS.
Validate contact records. We will check the email addresses in your list for improper formatting, known spam traps, free and disposable emails, invalid MX records, invalid domains, and role-based email addresses. Our goal is to provide you with a cleaner contact list for better email deliverability.
Create unique custom fields. A custom field is a place to store unique information about your contacts that is specific to your business. We will work with you to identify any such information in your data and how you want it to be labelled and grouped.
Recreate opportunities. If you have any existing deals recorded with your contacts, we will recreate these for you inside of Growth SaaS.
Test the import process using a small sample from your list.
Import your full contact list into your account in Growth SaaS.
Growth SaaS Contact List Preparation & Import Service
Our pricing is determined by the number of rows in your spreadsheet(s).
We will only merge contacts that have matching first and last names, as well as matching email and/or phone numbers. Contacts with the same name and different contact information will not be merged.
To proceed, you'll need to provide us with your Comma Separated Values (CSV), Excel, or Shared Google sheet files.
We will count the total rows (contact records) in these files to calculate the cost of our services.
The fee is A$0.50 for each contact record.
A 50% deposit is required before we begin, with the remaining payment due upon completion.
If additional files or requests are made after we start, a separate quote will be provided for the extra work.
